Looks a bit soft, but probably from subject movement. Interesting portrait subject and the vibrant colors and angles of the background support the energy of this person. Nice job.

You captured this guys expression perfectly. He is the guy we all know. Personality is not easy to catch in an imagebut you managed to do it.....

This photo definitely conveys a personality trait. The only thing I notice at all is the focus is a little sharper on the hat than the face, especially the mouth and chin area. Great expression and great colors.

Great shot, except for the focus being on the hat instead of the eyes. You might also think about using software to whiten his teeth a tiny bit. Pure white teeth are scary, in my opinion, but since the rest of the composition is in blues and greens, the slightly orange tint on his teeth really stands out.

Great expression. Reminds me of Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins. A personal favorite and I truely hope that it will end up as one of the top 3 !!!
