| This is one that has grown on me. I always liked the scene and, of course, the bird, but I kept wishing it was just a little better focused somewhere in the landscape. And I am not sure about the white glow around the bird. But the scene is so very nice, I have to bump a bit. 8 |

| Beautiful landscape, fading from black to ethereal, overflown and studied by a bird (hawk?) leisurely exiting the frame. Terrific tones, grain and composition. A favorite. |

| Much to love about this one. I really like the detail of the splayed feathers in the wing contrasted by the fading detail of the landscape. The nice progression of dark to light. Admirably handled. |

| I can't quite tell if there is a little bit of sky in the top left corner, but I don't give a toss if there is, cuz I LOVE this image!!!! Brilliant! |

| Pity about the halo on the bird. I can show you how to fix it lickety-split, if that would be helpful; or did you just not notice? Great shot, wonderful how we have a bird in flight but no sky. 8 |
