| This is a lovely shot with a typical studio BG not easy to do with birds and the obligatory "look" and catchlight. The vignetting is a common PP technique used by one of DPC's regular birders. I'm not overly fond of it in true wildlife images but it is a firm favourite with DPC voters. Despite that I hope the image does well as it is one of the best focused and composed images in the challenge. with good BG separation. |
