Yes, I know the light is coming from the wrong side. I used studio lights to illuminate the inside of the window so that I could get good details of our dog, Sirius, sitting patiently without totally blowing out the view of what is outside. The result is that there are reflections of the curtains and his face on the window...and the shadows indicate the main light source was on the inside.

Looking back at the shots I really wish I cleaned the window as that it is dirty in spots.

About 24 shots taken. Some had Sirius looking off to to the right side at the treat my daughter held just out of camera frame, some had him lying down looking straight at me, some getting up from sitting, and some sitting in a position that it looked like the bar was growing out of his head. Only two had good position in front of the glass pane and looking out.

Well done portrayal of this type of iconic moment. The interior foreground is cozy and cheerful and the exterior beautifully muted. The bus is caught at just the precise time of expectancy. The lighting brings out the lushness of the curtains. Pitch perfect story telling.
