This is my daughter Melissa's drawing and her hand putting the finishing touches on it. She loves to draw, has since she was old enough to hold a pencil.

I cropped, rotated so it was a little straighter.

I adjusted the levels to bring out the colors in her hand more.

Selected the paper only and adjusted the levels so it was brighter and the lines on the paper were less noticable.

I cloned any spots I missed around the edges and her hand and then added a layer. Did a soft light at 50%, merged, added the border and there you have it.

Hope this does well, I was going to do her face, her mole since it's so much like Cindy Crawford but when I re-read the details I decided this was more her than her looks alone. :)

Nice angle and point of view. I like the lighting, though it may be interesting to try this with the hand lit as well to avoid that dark spot. Still, I like it.

Yes, a quality rather than a physical charetaristic. Nice. Bumping up.

I think this is a nice creative entry but the angle of the shot and the framing could have been improved with a bit more distance between the subject and the lens. This would help the lightning and sharp light fall off in the lower portion of the shot. Overall a good entry.

Lighting is a bit too harsh.
