| This is a brilliant shot. The colors are soooo wonderfull. How did the model stand that still for 30 seconds though... I've tried similar shots and never gotten them that sharp. |

| I really like the bright colors. Makes the guy with the hood really pop. The diagonal line of the staircase makes your eye look at the entire image, then come back to the subject. |

| First shot so far that I've "wow'd" at. This captures you right away. It's moody and intense. I like the shadowplay, the orange tones and the crack in the wall. Definitely like the hood for added mystery, too. -8- |

Easily my favorite of the challenge. You've found a great mood with the lighting, and the shot is simple, yet effective. The shadow cast by the stair-case adds just that little extra element, and the gradient from left to right is fantastic.

| I like this. simple composition. leaves you wanting to find out where the person is escaping from. The whole hue gives it a forboding feeling as well. The diagonal of the stairs works well. |

| this is one of my absolute favourites of the challenge. i totally adore the brightness and boldness of the colours. the light and shadows are very effective, and the person certainly adds to the grimness of the shot. composition is excellent (very rule of thirds)... i wonder how much of the colour is original? very cool location, any way. 10. |

| Nice color and I like the lines and angles, but overall the shot doesn't have a lot of impact for me. Whether the subject is the person, or the stairs, there is nothing that really catches my interest, and there just isn't any of the "wow" factor that would make it a stand out for me. |

| Great colors and sharpness. I don't get a feeling of escape.. it looks the the individual is going very slowly down the stairs or is stopped. Perhaps if there was motion blur... in any case really nice image... don't particularly like the title. |
