Big Congrats Mak on the recognition! It is a fabulously done emotive portrait - to me, there is such longing and some regret that I see in his eyes. Enjoy the well deserved new ribbon.

Beautifully contemplative and I like the way the light falls across the right cheek. My only (very little) niggle is the very bright reflection in the subjects right eye. Good interpretation of the poem.

this is a great portrait my only nitpick is the lighting on his forehead is a little too hard. If it were like the lighting on his left cheek I think you would have nailed it. But that is just my opinion :)
