| I didn't find this image to be a yawn. Simple but not boring by any means. Lots of folks can capture a nice image when put in front of a spectacular view. Far fewer can communicate nature's beauty from a simpler scene. I thought this was well done. |

| Such a simple image (not a bad thing!), but has it's appeal in the minimalist approach. Such a lovely shot, very soft and warm and appealing. Makes me wish I had a picnic cloth on the ground and lying on that bank watching the sunset/sunrise. Top 5 for me! |

| I like the composition of this one - good use of lots of dark space and large shapes and patterns, as well as good detail but a little bit of softness which doesn't really hurt in my opinion. |
