 Background image was made 10-28-14 with the same lens. ISO 400, f/2.8, 1/4 sec. Watch was stacked onto the background image. Text added. The background image is a photo of the underside of my monopod head. I thought it had an industrial look about it.

I personally believe the ruggedness in the BG was complimentary, based on the slogan. Sometimes the advertised product is actually secondary to the entire image. eg: a shoe, if that's what's being advertised. Take this pic for example. The BG is very prominent.

Wonderfully done and my 2nd place photo. One thing kept it from being number 1 and that is the strange in focus, well not really in focus but strange bokeh you see if you go between 10 & 11 on the watch and move your eyes along that line.

Can't quite tell what the background is, and for some reason, that's bothersome in an add. Nice light and detail on the watch.

LOVELY job of the text, the jewelry and the composition! One of my top few picks.

I have no clue what the background is, so in advertising worlds, you've wasted that opportunity to sell me further.
