I like the composition and the lettering, but the little pieces of thread stuck to the surface in the foreground are pretty distracting.

I would have not had the upper word at all. So... the first thing my eyes got to would be your great POP! of that gold jewelry making me want to buy it.

Also, I'd have cloned out the imperfections in the blue at the bottom that are distracting. 6
