Ah. Mine was Mr. Johnson - The Physics guy. Good capture.

Perfectly exposed - whites white - blacks black - beautiful saturation in the colours.
Lots of commercial potential.
If I was still selecting for publication I would use this but crop on the right to get rid of the white. Although it means losing the back of his head - his face is still dominent and strong enough to crry the picture

the model expression is a key contribution to the final result. I probably would choose to show more wall to help the whole composition.

I'm not sure all of the space under the chalkboard is necessary. Then again, the composition kinda feels more balanced the way you have it. Great candid shot, in any case.

I kind of like this one...I'm not sure if it's on purpose or not (because it has the qualities of a snapshot), but it really makes me feel like I'm back in school. It has that personal impersonality to it, it's a tad cold, it almost immediately bores me. I am giving this a 5 because for the type of photo that it is, it's pretty good...

There's nothing tremendously exciting or "WOW" about it, but I still like this shot a lot. It's very simple, yet conveys an expression of someone who is passionate about teaching. I gave 'er an 8.

the line of the chalkboard is not parallel to the photo. This takes away a bit from the balance of this photo, which is otherwise terrifically done.

Very nice dynamic portrait. I think the square composition here kills the dynamics alittle, though. A horizontal shot would have been a lot more appealing to me. 8 and not a 10 because of that.

intrusting shot but the boarder was a misstake in my opinion
