I like the play on words - I like the unusual angle - I like the framing of the building between the 2 pieces of vegetation. The only thing that spoils it is the converging vertcles. I accept that some people don't mind them or they can even be exaggerated for effect. I don't think these converge enough to get away with it. Excellent exposure though an an effective picture. |

This is a great shot, I have observed on other pictures that without the title I would not have known their image was of a school building. This is not the case here.
This is an iconic image of an American Educational Facility, and easily recognisable by a Brit like me.
The chosen angle for the shot works well for me and the balance of the tree at top left with the bush bottom right works very well.
Revisiting
Still looks excellalent to me

Lateral light is very useful to landscape photography. On this case you loose a bit of bright in the building cause that light. This make me whatch to the sky, not to the building, your primary subject. |

it would have been interesting if "higher education" was paired up with an activity like "hazing", or a beer bash, to see the dichotomy. |
