Added post challenge: Yikes. Talk about your all time backfires! I'll rack this one up to a learning experience!

Anyway, to anyone who's curious as to why I shot this, I was attempting to create an image with strong visual lines using a very spartan composition. The hope was for the viewer to focus on the line created by the two shells and the dog food nugget (yep, that's what that is) between them, and another line from the top corner with the money to the nearest shell. To me, it created a strong line forming a 140 degree angle (or so). And that, I thought, was the definition of "implied line."

Yea. Whatever. :-)

Shot with natural light with timer on tripod
Shutter time 1 sec.
Overexposed +2/3
Auto ISO
Image cropped
Adjusted hue/saturation
Adjusted size
Applied unsharp mask

Like the idea, but the composition is a little odd. Didn't recognize it as a shell game until after I read the title.

Not sure how this has anything to do with the theme "Implied Lines"? Regardless, good, solid black background and nice placement of items.
