Challenge link: medium - not immediately apparent.

Image critique: this is quite a gloomy shot, almost entirely due to poor light, but with some boosting through Curves or Levels it could have been lifted considerably. That doesn't really help as a photographer though, so my advice here would have been to shoot in better light, perhaps morning or evening to achieve more definition, and a better chance of sunlight.

The subject is actually quite dull though (for me at least).

Out-of-challenge appeal: none.

Yes I can see the lines, but the overall image has no zip. Try to put something 'extra' into your images, something to WOW the viewer
