 I just started to play with my new macro lens. Not much editing with this shot at all… just made sure the processor was fairly clean and shot it with dual flash. Very tricky shooting macro… it’s a lot harder then I thought it would be.

certainly meets the challenge but I would have prefered a more appropiate dof. nevertheless, bumping up on great comp.

Original subject for this challenge, might have worked better with all the pins in focus? Just not quite enough interest in the shot for me to give it higher than 6.

Very nice. That thread/fluff on the 2nd peg third row from right is distracting though (or is that just me being picky!)
