 Basic editing in ps, no filters, motion blur or anything like that. The blur is caused by a single element lens.

i didnt vote in this challenge but i think your photo should have scored much higher!
the masses didnt give consideration to other interpretations of the challenge.

Great colors!! Great effect. I love how the yellow flower is super sharp while the rest are blurred. How did you do it??? Photoshop? 9. Top 10 pick.
