 Irish Wolfhound, what else? OK, a flower or bug woudn't have been atypical, but I'm the only IW nut fancier on DPC. That I know of.

PP - converted from RAW, cropped, Nik CEP (tonal contrast, classical soft focus), resized, Topaz Detail, Nik Define.

Effective natural backlighting, I presume, and such a great capture of the intensely focused attention on who or whatever is outside the frame to the right. Bravo.

What are dogs thinking? Pondering some vasty philosophical argument as to the nature of cats, the utility of honor and loyalty in the context of companionship, perhaps, but most likely living in the moment enjoying the light, the sounds and simply being.
