Critique Club Critique
(1) COMPOSITION (CONTENT) I find the layout of this photograph to be very strong. The door is off center in its placement just enough to add visual appeal rather than being static. I find the diagonal line of the street and the wall draw the eye to the door and the framing of the door by the hanging plants is perfect!
(2) CAMERA WORK ,TECHNICAL The focus is very crisp. Good exposure and DOF. There is not much that I would change about this.
(4) DIGITAL PROCESSING ,TECHNICAL Your post processing is very good. Saturation is good, cropping is perfect.
(5)MEETING THE CHALLENGE This photo does a very good job of meeting the challenge. I love the colors and the simplicity of the entire scene.
(6) MY OPINION ON THE PHOTO The subject here is excellent. The way you executed it is very good. I love the texture of all of the separate objects (i.e. the door and the wall and the hanging plants). |

| Gorgeous! Blissful colours and textures. The vines growing down the wall are a beautiful touch of deep green to set off the pastel colours of the wall and door. |

| Love the texture of the walls and the vines hanging down. The repeating lines on the door really make it stand out. I like your composition very much. I would have been very tempted to saturate both the door and the vines! |

| Ah, very nice. I love the colors here. The blue is juuust right, and the leaves are a very nice green, though a bit dark. The door is nice too (that is what this contest is about right? :) ) |

Very nice color and light ... the door could be a little more in focus but I really like the overall shot.

| i like subject and colors, i would like to have seen the same camera angle but with the door on the right of the frame. In other words, less of the bare concrete. |
