Thanks for your kind words, guys. There are definitely some flaws and I have room to grow (next time think about the clothing, watch, etc).
But I'm very proud of the light and texture I captured - it's exactly what I was hoping for when I set out - not to mention a wonderful memory and having fun shooting my girls! |

| My eye is now drawn to that watch - which has kind of a clever with to it regarding the topic ( golden hour) but I wonder if that (perhaps appropriately) takes a bit of the timelessness out of the image ... |

7 from me. I love it that this perfectly fits the challenge topic. I love the hand in the hair... but her left arm... adds tension... I wish it were more relaxed so this would score better for you.
If I hold my hand over her left arm, it makes an entirely different mood.
But, I'm only one person and ... it's still a very lovely image! |

Brilliant tones in this one, and gorgeous light!
Not sure the title suits the photo, there's one child in the photo and she doesn't seem to be running :) I also would suggest plain clothing next time so the eyes are not drawn to the print on her pretty dress, a white flowing one would've looked awesome.
Still nevertheless this is very pretty indeed 7 |
