A good title, OK colors, decent DOF; maybe a little too much contrast?

Add more contrast and use curves to highlight the colors.

I dont get the title, but I see something completely different and it has nothing to do with the composition of this photo.
I can see it's deep, but I can also see grafity on the bridge, I think those kids who did that are realy playing with their lifes... Crazy...(the kids I mean)
