 Thank you all for the wonderful comments, votes and awards. It was a hard challenge and I used my first instinct and mostly my heart to make it, pretty much the way I think that Jan's artistic process is.
The title comes for T.S. Eliot.
It might have been as well "the eternal return"

Since your work often reminds me of Jan's, I'm not at all surprised that you have taken the blue, with this splendid homage. I love the window-like wings, or the wing-like windows. simply marvelous.

I really did not realise this challenge ended at the same time as the 'inside' challenge, not paying much attention lately. This photo is a real beauty though!!!!I can see why it won, very whimsical, well done fantastic!!

Took a while to start to understand how this is put together, and find it all the more admirable now that I have. So very creative. Sweetly wondrous and hopeful. A real work of art.
