| Brent couldn't believe he'd been so stupid, this had always been his shortcut to the airport but now he was staring at the "closed for construction" sign and realised she had left for ever. |

| I think that this would fit far better as a close-up abstract piece that is an exploration of detail and textures of the common everyday object of a city street. It is an object that one rarely gives a second glance as one walks on, drives by, or cycles past...but it is the groundwork we travel on. There is some wonderful detail here but I think B&W would be a better choice to show the play of light and shadow and the texture detail of the road. |
