So... I had a hard time with this. I had no idea what to do. Severed?? Seriously??
So I googled severed and images, and everything that came up were severed limbs with lots of blood and gore. I had thought of a severed limb, but I'm not really into gore. Maybe if it was coming out of something?
So Jeff was nice enough to stop at the store on his way home to pick up something I needed for cooking (not related to this!!). I asked him to pick up a paper bowl. I could cut a hole in the bottom, my son could stick his hand up through the hole, and voila!!
Unfortunately, Jeff remembered the thing for dinner, but forgot the paper bowl.
Of course I waited until last minute. So I thought, well, I do have two hands... the left one is pretty much useless anyway...

Oh -- and the title is from the really bad leper jokes in the 70s... Those really were the non-PC days, when you think about all the different jokes that make you just cringe now. |
