Congratulations on a truly "engaging" image. The different planes really make this a stand out.
On quite a different note, I keep coming back to look at it, and each time can't quite shake the feeling that I am looking at a stage set. There seems to be something about the form and texture, and perhaps the lighting, that causes this and I find it quite fascinating that it happens so consistently. Just thought I would share this reaction! |

| I had a similar idea but couldn't find it. This works beautifully with the nasty sawtooth shadows transforming the normal expectations for this classical subject. bump |

| A ribbon winner IMHO. One of the truly "raking" light images in this challenge. The jagged shadow on the left-central pillar mimics a rake...perhaps an intentional pun on your part. |
