This photo is a panorama of 6 shots for the sky and 6 for the landscape, both treated separatly due to the difficulties in assembling the milky way shots. (that's why i'm affraid it won't pass the standard rules edition...)
Each element of the pano is an aligned and compiled result of 4 shots, to eliminate the noise.
The main interest in this image is the focal lengh used : 82mm. That's why the milky way appears so big. I used no equatorial mount, just several 13sec shots when it showed up right between the mountains.
Gear used : Nikon D600, Sigma 24-105.
