Taken in Sien Reap, Cambodia while walking over the bridge on the way to the Bayon Temple.

By the way -- August is seriously NOT the time to go to Vietnam and Cambodia. Temps in the 90s, dew point of 82.

I loved this shot. I'm sorry it's so over cooked, but I didn't have much of a choice. We went from a somewhat air conditioned bus out into the heat, and my camera fogged up immensely. At one point I had to remove the lens and let everything settle down, though I hated having the mirror/innards open to the world. I thought it might make it worse. But things were just not unfogging.

What a fascinating part of the world.

The closest I could find was Adele's Someone like you. This is such a stunning photograph even without a poem to go with it.

Rolling with the current on lazy days.

The brothers swam and then they fished.

Took all of the time they wished.

Hoping never to have to grow old.

Gorgeous shot! Wonder if it's Wendy in China :) Also wondering if maybe you should've cropped the top left-hand side of the sky my eye keeps creeping up there, maybe a complete focus on the boat people would've been more effective.

And in the Summer Haze, the river,
sheened and still and bright, concealed
the lively dartings of the carp and shad. We had
no need for sight. A fisherman can somehow touch
the current flux and know, through soles
of shoes and waverings in heavy air, the time to pause
and cast and pray to catch his share of what's below.
