I've seen one great big HUGE mutha of a coyote out here, twice, about 10 yrs apart and if I didn't know better I'd swear it was a wolf. Easily the size of a king shepherd, silent and fast. Great pic! |

I have to agree with Johanna, we have scrawny coyotes here as well. This guy looks well fed! Congrats on the HM Richard. |

That's one heck of a coyote!!! Very large and healthy. We have such little runts out here. |

The city kid that I am looks at the expression of the wolf and imagines that a conversation coud sparkle anytime. No sense of fear here. This is as close to exchage glances with a winter hunter that I get and since the image is so calm and the few vegetations are nicely colored everything seems possible
