There is lots of emotion attached to this shot, and it is a good photojournalistic photo. I think I would prefer it in B&W. |

Hardly what I would call a Macro, this is more of a portrait... |

The nose, the eyes, the head and half the body. Not sure if i'd personally consider this 'extreme' close up, but that's just MY opinion. I do like the dog, and the focus and clarity on the nose seem ok. The lighting though is a bit dark on the nose. Of course, black is hard to photograph in situations like this, but There is not definition of what is his mouth and what is his nose. Not sure if a fill flash might have helped or not, but worth a try. Cute dog, I like how his nose is sticking out of the bars. ~Heather~ |
