This is not really a macro. I suspect you are dealing within the limitations of your camera, but macros are typicall 1:1, 1:2, or at most 1:4. I will say though, this is a solid idea.

not really macro

Clever title. The robot, however, needs to be in focus.

I saw Robbie on TV for the first time last night. Funny coincidence.... Nice picture.

I like your theme - this is a great still life. Very well composed with interesting and well related objects. However, it isn't a macro IMHO

If Robbie had been sharply in focus, this would have been a killer shot.

I like this shot but think it would score higher if the little robot standing on the paperback was in clearer focus

I see nothing that reminds me of Macro

Having the robot at the front out of focus is rather distracting, as it blocks off other areas which are in focus.

Nice setup, but not a true macro and main subject (robot) is distractingly out of focus.

Tacky...

not a macro.

I think it would have been better if all the objects were in focus. You captured a nice color tone that underscores the nostalgia of the subject.

Nice selection of objects for your theme.

curtainly not

The robot is not in focus, and neither a macro, nor is particularly close-up. The colors are good, and the exposure is spot on. The background is distracting - if a focal point is the robot, he is lost in the distraction of the space ship right behing his head.

Not very close up at all. Also the robot is out of focus. I like the lighting and texture of the scene though.

Makes zero sense to me, sorry. The focal point is way off and hilights something strange and unrelated.
