| This would look a lot better with a close crop so we cant see the wood in the background, and also in B&W. |

| Balance lacks in this photo for me. I think I would like to see a different angle where the wood chips don't look like they have been carefully placed. I'm not sure what it is that bothers me about the balance, it just doesn't seem like I'm seeing the most interesting angle, or a complete picture of the shavings. Nice contrasting curls though. |

| it looks to me like the lighting is so bright that the wood shavings have lost their natural color, good focus and depth of field |

nise shot but (i'm not sure if this is susposed to be precived this way) the wood under the shaving doesn't match the woodshaving.
maybe a black backround next time.-to give the contrast |
