Is it good? Is it on purpose? What is going on here? I like it. |

Doesn't the focus lock on your camera work? |

They're here. Going for a Poltergeist movie look?
Perhaps a little too abstract |

I don't understand it. Sorry. I will look back after the challenge to read your notes. |

The focus on this is so soft that is is essentially a B&W abstract. It seems to me this is risky on this site if you're going for votes, but I like risk takers. |

Interesting idea, but the lack of contrast (on a 1.8 gamma monitor, like most Macs) really ruins the mystique. 4 |

this photo is way out of focus. I'm not sure if this was bone on purpose or not. I just dont like it. I think you were going for a poltergiest theme with this but I have been wrong befor. I think that this could have gone from a poor shot to a ribbon winner IMO with better focus and lighting. |

You are probably going somewhere with this image but I just don´t plain get it. All I see is a silhouette of a figure and everything out of focus and also see lots of artefacts so the quality is poor too boost so it´s very hard not to give this a very ver low rating, wich is exactly what I did. No offense intended, I just personally hate it when people rate low and don´t give a reason as to why. |

I'm sure the vultures are clawing your eyes out as we speak, so I won't be using my salt-shaker on this one. Just know that I feel this is pretty spook. Reminds me of a halloween prank back in 93. I was halloween night and we had all gotten in from trick or treating and were lying in bed, whern we hear this muffled sound coming from the basement. We all ran down there to see what it was. The light was turned down real low and there was a black sheet lying on the floor. Suddenly the sheet comes flying up howling, making a horrible noise. My little bro (age 4) started crying and wouldn't stop. We then find out it was just Dad playing yet another joke on us. Our mom comes down and starts yelling at our dad for marking christopher cry. My parents had an odd relationship. Bewcause my day was almost as immature as us kids my mom would sometimes ground him as well, and be completely serious about it. :\

The blurring and darkness just aren't working for me. |

I guess it is too abstract for me, not what I expect for black and white photography though. |

I am going to assume that the blurr effect of this is done on purpose. But how does one comment on something they cant see, or tell what they are trying to comment on? -3- |

Sorry, not my cup of tea. I assume the out of focus was intentional? |

I don't like this but I can't say why. I guess my first impression is not good. |
