The other shot you took was scarier and processed better
Coming back to it. On a different monitor it looks quite amazing. And when I think that some people want to look and vote on a cell phone!
The interesting thing is that in the thumb format it reminds me of a Tiepolo painted ceilling.
The gesture of the temerary man is almost hieratic.

Wow. The subject is really well-isolated through the RoT placement and against the background of the whitewater. The compression of a long focal length lens really makes it look like he's about to crash into the jagged rock in front of him. |

That looks REALLY dangerous! Looks kinda' like Great Falls, too, and I would never take any sort of watercraft into the maelstrom of the Potomac there. Very nice capture. |
