| How did I wander past this "neat" image without commenting? It's really marvelous, the most interesting and artistic image of the lot. Never been there, and I know it's not, but I'm thinking "Paris", rainy day impressionist paintings. The composition and mood dazzles. And yes to the cat in a hat. |

| Ok, this is both cool looking and has a bicycle in in it. A top vote from me. I'm curious if this was a texture applied or if you shot through something. I'm guessing the former to be likely. |
