| I don't really find the composition here interesting. To me, the most interesting part is the foggy mist in the background, which might have made a closer shot of the pier more appealing to me. The rocky beach area on the right of the photo is very dark and doesn't add anything to the pic, imo. I think raising the lens up to capture more of the sky would have helped. |

| Nice use of foreground to lead the eye througout the image. The clean texture of the pebbles is visually attractive, and the cloud reflections lend interest to the otherwise calm water. I like the rigid symmetry of the background posts; They create a nice contrast with the softness of the rest of frame's natural elements. Nicely composed. |

| Lovely scenic shot! You might have tried a lower perspective with the rock on the lower left rule of thirds and the posts along the rule of thirds. But this looks good too. This shot brings me peace. |
