"Waldo" looks very natural there. Good use of B & W. I might have hidden a bit more of his face.

Ah, the ET trick ;) Waldo is a bit too obvious. Maybe if Waldo was more off-center. Could use a bit more contrast...highlights could be brighter.

Cute. Would havel iked better in color. Look at it carefully. Looks like he has one long white ear and one furry ear. Nicely focused. Nice photo, but nothing outstanding. Good snapshot in my opinion.

Even though there were several of these sort of photos submitted, there were two that I really liked and this is one of them. I like how you changed the color to the sepia. It sort of gives it that camo feel.

Challenge met. Desaturating the colors worked very well here, and not just for hiding your Waldo. I'm sure this contains a lot of different colors in real life that could be competing against each other. This way, it has a little bit of an "old photo" feel about it that I like. Your lighting is very nice, and you have a good tonal range, too. I like the catchlights in everyone's eyes, and the frame works well, too. The only thing I can suggest is to look around the edges of your frame and see if you could have cropped better in some places. There's nothing glaring, but for example, there are some half cut-off eyes at the top of the frame. Having them in or out would be better. But this is nitpicky. I like your shot :)

The b&w looks better than some of the other ones on here. Not very original though.

I like that you took a common idea and did something different with it with the b/w. Very nice effect.

Very cute photo! Good contrasts and very sharp focus. Busy, but then a waldo shot should be! (This was a popular idea {great minds think alike}, but this might be the best of this type, at least it's my favorite). 9 Swash

It seems like many people had the teddy bear idea. Nice composition, meets the challenge and the border fits in well. Good job!

There were many "piles of stuffed toys". So far, this is the only black and white. I think brighter would have helped.

Oh - I like this one! I think I have seen the other seven like this, But this one really is well done and quite cute. 8

Nicely hidden in B7W

I like the different textures of the bears in the photo. I also like how all the faces show. It really brings out the girls face.

this is a cute shot

This is my favorite of this type so far. You really did good job of obscuring the model's face among the toys. Your choice of coloration is really effective.

My favorite of the "bearied" shots. Great job. Good composition and tones.

My favorite version of this idea. You avoided the problem of conflicting colors with B/W. Good job
