I did detect the leg, but it took me awhile. I love the setting you chose for hidding Waldo. It's very soft and inviting, a place a person could sit and read or just think about life. Basically the composition is good. The railings guide your eye around the picture and the combination of shapes and forms with the window and the pole light make for a nice contrast. The texture of the plants and the walls also work well together. The one thing that is distracting to my eye is the light pole is too high in the picture. The tip is almost touching the top. Any time you have a tall object near the edge of the paper, your eyes will travel over to that object then stop alwost as if it where the edge of the image. If you could have taken the picture from a higher view point or move farther to your left so the lamp covered the corner of the building I think you would have a greater I catching image. Don't take this as a critisism but more as a lesson. Thanks for sharing this wonderful image. John Gill |

Good Waldoing. Hidden nicely but easy to find as well. I like the composition and the way that your lines lead to the leg. Good job. |

Composition: Nice lines and balance
Technical: Excellent focus. Seems slightly too brightened on the ivy?
Meets challenge: Bottom left?
Overall impression: Nice pic. 8 |

This is a really great photo. I like the steps especially. They are a nice touch and addition. just can't find Waldo. When I do I'll add 2 points and you'll have a really nice score. If he's in the window, he can't been seen and won't count. I'm looking in the bushes and stairwell. Anyway, it really is a nice photo. When I find Waldo it meet the challenge well. Looks like he might be laying on the steps with his leg at the rail? Here's your 2 extra for an 8 total |

Great shot. The ivy looks great growing on the building. The brick wall really shows it\'s age with the various coloring. You\'ve even been able to capture the ageing on the top of the black lamp and that\'s really great the way you captured that black shoe and pant leg going up the steps! |

I like how the rails lead the eye around the back of the building, to help you find the person. |

challenge met. this is one of my favorites so far. the whole composition is just very nice, and the leg about to disappear up the steps fits in nicely w/out distracting from the photo. very well done. :) |
