I think this photo was under-rated. I love the mellowness of the tones and lighting. The softness of the sweater and her long hair, and the expression work very well together.
The only thing I would change is to clone out the light color (maybe whatever she's sitting on?) behind the neck of the guitar. |

Beautiful composition, cropping and lighting in this shot, Robert. I especially like the beautiful diagonal formed by the "highlighted" edge of the guitar neck and the lighting on the model's hair. |

I would move the camera to the right, about 1/4th of the frame. Would make it a less of a symmetric composition and will help get rid of the hand on the left that looks alien as it is. Otherwise excellent. |

Very peaceful quality. Your title is good too as strumming is a quieter activity than other ways to play the guitar. |

I have seen other duotone shots in this challenge, but this has had the stongest color of them yet. Not technically a "palette of grays" but it isn't a color shot either. It's monocrome. Now I'm in a moral dillemma over voting on this image. Ok: "Awsome shot, but the duotone will bump you down a bit." |

I like the lighting, the framing and the contrast of the smooth texture of her skin and the fabric on her shoulder. I don't feel that you captured any emotion from your subject. I think when an artist captures and is able to communicate the emotion of a subject, it makes a photograph transcend the 2-dimensional limits of the frame. That, for me, is the only thing that would make this photo better. |

Nice shot. Could use just a little more contrast though. 6 |

Love this shot. Her right hand does seem to draw me away from her face though. |
