Her moment, her character, her decision is beautifully set up in a strongly graphic manner. Her way is hazy yet she moves forward. I admire this image on several levels.

I am not 100% sure I am understanding the description of the challenge, but think, if,,
She was further down that road you have her on, it would be more impact-full. She has passed everything, this was in her past, the new beginning starts at the last sign. For me, there is no before or after, she is still middle of the road. Vote later
