Very nice shot! Great perspective pic. Color is vividly wonderful. Framing - nice job! Focus - also looks good to me! Interest - strong emotional appeal, good job! I can't really tell you why this isn't a 10, it certainly is an extremely strong 9 and very likely a ribbon shot! I'm gonna stick with 9, but it sure is nice!!! Swash |

Must be an 'official' cemetary, but obviously not Arlington. Where's this taken? |

Very nicely composed. The tree on the right adds some nice framing, and the nice bright colours look very nice. It is a shame about the shadow of the tree over the front headstones, but the pattern that they all create looks nice and it shows perspective well. 9 |

Good perspective, but the photo is busy. It doesn't need all the trees to be there. Take a much smaller crop of the photo and you'll have something with loads of impact.
In fact, I just tried it out. I cropped it, enlarged it slightly, sharpened it and played a little with the colours, then added a border. Tell me what you think:

this is a lovely landscape.. the bright green and the deep blue in the sky offers a wonderful contrast in this shot.. there appears to be a small amount of noise in the sky area.. possibly from saturation... great shot :) - setzler |

This is a beautiful photograph. Three things I especially like - the way you took the photo down the lines, appearing to go on forever; he shade of the big tree, giving the photo a touch of life rather than just beinging a photo; and the focus and depth to the lines of graves. The focus never stops and I think that adds so much to this, making the photo appear to go on to infinity with no end. This is an excellent composition with really good execution. Congratulations. |

Nice perspective shot, the stones lead me to the back, to the street, good job. |

Of the cimetary shots, it's the best executed one. it really does show perspective. The colors are sharp as well as the DOF and focus. The only thing that I find distracting is the tree on the right as it draws my attention away from the stones. 8 |

I really love this concept and the execution is pretty exceptional. Upon taking a closer look, I think it might have been better without the tree hanging down at the top...I may have cropped a bit tighter on top. I also think I would have tried for a time when the shadow was on the other side of the tree It's still one of my favorite shots for this challenge. |

wow - a huge opportunity. Personally I'd love to see this with nothing other than the green grass and grave stones - it would really be an arresting pattern/ texture shot them. I feel that the trees/ sky/ monument are really distracitions from the main message and main impact of this wonderful scene. The fact that it represents so many deaths also has a huge impact. If you can, I'd love to see this with the patterns really worked on |
