Ouch I̢۪m sure your son wanted that elastic band off as soon as possible. Tell your son his hand action was spot on, well done.

Nothing impossible; a simple wall clock tied with an elastic band to my son's face. A picture hanging depicting him as a child and the consequent memory of the fleeing time.

At 5 to 6 on a Monday evening
you heard the news, and started grieving.
Mum wouldn't want a lot of flowers
or a pastor talking for an hour.
When you've settled on the casket and the cost,
you notice somehow your childhood's lost.
Your picture on the wall has faded.
You're a domino, and time has played it.
