Greetings from the Critique Club
The subject is a good one, and popular with many. It's sort of timeless, with little change over the years. So at the same time it is current and nostalgic.
The depth of field seems to work just fine, although I'd like to see the whole a little sharper.
All the wood within the tracks is wonderfully textural and adds much dimension to the image.
I like the crop but, personally, not the angle. I understand it is a matter of personal taste though, and others really like it.
Overall a decent image that could be presented in several different ways.
Regards,

Grayce

Your choice of angle on this doesn't quite work for me. I think a straight shot would have been much nicer. the colors are very nice.

One of the cooler photos of rails (what are these for though? Doesn't look like train tracks). I like the tilt, it makes it really disorienting :). The shallow DOF enhances the sense of depth. Nice colours and textures.

Good graphic feel to the image --strong colours and I like the unusual perspective-very strong

The subject creates its own very interesting perspective, and you found that point og interest nicely. Improving on the shot, I would have a wider aperature so that more or all of the "track" was in focus.

Looked very interesting as a thumbnail, but I think it would have been more effective had the whole image been focused, rather than just the foreground. I like the angle.

Very nice image, too bad it's missing a little focus on the back, otherwise I love the shot

Nice texture and I like the green plant in front. I think the angle is a bit overdone.

Nice shot. I wish you would have turned it 45' CCW. 9

The angle is very disorienting. I'd like to see it horizontal. I like the haze in the back.

Finally , a rail shot . I was waiting for this , well done, a little better dof would help
