The entry illegally combines two images. One image, an image of falling rain, was intended to function as a texture. However, this image functions as a picture of rain rather than a texture – a depiction of a physical thing in the scene that did not exist in the original.

man .. i came to the home page and immediately noticed your photograph wasnt there .
i'm so sorry that you got the dq ..
i think its a grey area sometimes .. was the rain a texture or picture of rain .. hard call ..
i see i gave you a 10 for this ... i dont give them away lightly .. and the fact that the rain was brought into the original picture in no way diminishes its impact and how much i loved this .. :)
