This one was fun. Took me three eggs to get it right - shot it right after egg went into water. To my surpise, the camera saw the red burner as blue, but that ended up looking pretty neat. Front edge of pan is a bit soft and I had a definite problem with the spot of glare that I couldn't tone down to my satisfaction, but hopefully the eggs and boil draw most of the attention. Used levels, contrast, slight hue adjustment, small amount of cloning, USM, and NI.

I like this. I like the action of the bubbles breaking apart the egg. It's on the edge of the theme I think but still in the ballpark. Good one.

Interesting abstraction. I like the contrast of textures between the foreground pot and the bubling water. The water seems almost "hard" because fof the stop-motion--it makes the egg appear to be under a harsh, cutting influence. Something about this holds my fascination.

Intriguing effect - haven't a clue what you've done: my first impression is that it was a cold egg, but I guess it could be a lengthy exposure. I quite like those patterns in the fat, and your use of colour is strong ... but I think too much of the interest is about whay you've done in shooting, rather than in the final result of that.

Interesting idea. + points for creativity, focus, and dynamics. It looks like you tried pretty hard to keep the blue in the frame. I might have cropped it differently to focus more on the top 2/3rds.

Quite an intriguing pic..I find myself passing a fair bit of time viewing it..so that`s got to make it a good fit for the challenge I suppose :)
The splash of yellow under the bubbling water contrasts well with the blue from the hob?
