There isn't much yellow here, and I would call the legs "more orange" than yellow. Does not meet the challenge well. Good eye for catching this scene. White chests look over-exposed, causing loss of feather detail. |

This is a great shot, but it seem a bit grainy and our of focus in some areas. Might want to check your Aperture settings to get the right focus. I am sure there are some helpful tips in the "How'd they do that" section. Good luck. |

lol. Love the subject. Would have benefited from a larger or smaller aperature (its just a little bit blurry in the back which i find bothersome, choose one or the other) and the composition is very good except for the one in the foreground that is too much in the corner. I would have swung around to the right a little and left him out all together. It's not really that yellow either, but I don't mind :) 5 |

Neat shot! As a percentage, your yellow is a very small part. For some reason I don't understand, most of the heads of the seagulls seem fuzzy (out of focus?). I do like the reflections off the ice, really cool. 5 Swash |

Nice framing. I wish something grabbed by focus. |

How many "what does this have to do with yellow?" have you gotten? I think this was a really different way to meet the challenge, and is nice for a change. And the photo is absolutely beautiful. I personally would have liked a deeper depth of focus, but that's just me. What kind of bird are these? This is a great photo, and deserves an 8. |

A bit soft in focus. Poor birds - they look cold. I don't really think this meets the challenge. |

This is a great picture...but as I'm sure you've heard already I don't know that it meets the challenge really well. It's one of those things where you either decide that you want to compete or just show off your art neither is bad or good...but it's our duty to tell someone everytime. |
