CRITIQUE CLUB
Lighting: Good, but it seems a little wrong for food. I've noticed that food is very hard to light correctly without skewing the colors or making it look unattractive. The shadows are a little distracting. I think the biggest problem with the lighting here is that the flash plays off the grease in the food, making all of it look a little "over-fattening".
Challenge: Definitely meets the challenge with the egg yolks. The yolk on the fork is a nice touch!
Subject: Very clever, and really quite the breakfast! Do you do your own cooking??? =)
Technical: I think the camera settings were fine, but again, the flash was a little harsh on the grease and shininess of the food.
Overall: A great idea that just needs some softening and cleaning up. I do think it's very clever!! |

| The lighting is making the egg look orange, not yellow, and there isn't anything else on here that meets the challenge. |

| Oh the cholesterol! Your poor heart is gonna hate you. I don't like that the fork and knife lead the eye off the frame. The plate as a whole woulda been more pleasing if you shot it before u ate. |
