 March 2019 Side Challenge - Minimal Processing in Camera B&W with Fujifilm X100T (23mm [35mm eq.] fixed lens)

In-camera base settings:
- Auto ISO 200-6400 (Min. shutter - 1/40)
- Auto Aperture and Shutter
- Film Simulation B&W with Red Filter
- Highlight tone +2
- Shadow tone +2
- Noise Reduction - 2

This is the starting set, but I'll override it occasionally with exposure compensation or manual shutter/aperture as needed for effect.

I found this link sheds some light on why Las Cruces is called Las Cruces.

The darkness of this image give me the feeling of a shut-in child watching the other children going off to school without him. It̢۪s very melancholy.

A teacher watching the first bus pull in?
A student seeing it's almost time to go?
The janitor watching the last bus leave?

It's the possibilities which make photographs so interesting. I believe you have mastered the high contrast setting on your Fuji.
