The hornworm was hanging upside down, so I rotated. Still looks odd. It was taken outside on the plant. I imagine the whole branch has been eaten by now. :)

MaryO, This was my tomato plant and the next day the hornworm was still feeding...now on the tomatoes.

Yes! A perfect choice for top honors! It was one of my 3 10's. Sorry about your tomatoes tho.... I don't think I'd like the interesting little fellow that much. But... I guess only fitting that he should live since he won you an award with his image :)

Excellent image! If it had a drastic color change in the background, I think this would have been a amazing image. Not that I have any room to talk. This is way better than my entry.

Great sharpness in the foreground, but tends to be slightly OOF to the right of this critter.
