One of my husband's projects. He likes building model planes and boats. He made the propeller himself, it was quite a difficult job.

There is only one plane, I put a mirror in the right to show the back of the plane, the light is from the window on the left.

I didn’t realise that was a mirror, what a great hobby to have. I think it’s very important that we all have hobbies that we love doing.

Margaret .. this was one of my favs in the challenge .. hence the vote of 9 i can see highlighted in red .. !!! ..
and reading what you have written .. re the mirror .. you have done that like a magician .. even knowing what you have done its still not that obvious ..
will look forward to seeing the finished plane ..
and btw .. hearing that your husband hand crafted the propeller himself .. appears building this was a labour of love .. :)

WOW .. looks like the maker of that plane has his/her competition cut out for him/her with the person who took the photo .. as in the talent .. if they are one and the same person then what a talented and creative person you are ..
loving the sopwith camel .. i can imagine that when its finished being made another wonderful photo could be in the offing ... or a series of its transformation ..
but even at this stage .. not fully finished .. its a thing of beauty ..
definitely a ribbon contender .. in more ways than one . !! .. :)

Gosh, My friends and I made these as lads, We had a factory in town that used to make and sell the kitsets for these and ships they were Balsa wood and hugely popular,but unfortunately times change and they are a thing of the past but happy days though...8
