Haven't been on DPC for a while.
My husband has been diagnosed with cancer and our lives have been turned completely upside down these last few months.

Congratulations Irene! Somehow (even after all these years), I just knew I recognized this work... I couldn't remember the artist's name, but I knew the photog was quite talented and remarkable. Then when the results came up, I was like - IRENE! That's it! Well done and congratulations on a spectacular shot and another Blue.

This is stunning Irene. Very sorry to hear about your husband, but as someone said, I hope photography and the accolades here on DPC can bring a little joy and light into what must be a very dark time right now.

but hopefully its wonderful for you to get this little virtual blue ribbon .. for such a stunning IreneM image .. so totally you ..
and maybe taking photos and getting such accolades can give you moments of happiness in amongst the hardships you guys are going thru .. i'm sending you very warm and compassionate thoughts right now .. xx ..
