 A dark patch of clouds in an otherwise drab sky gave some much needed depth to this photo. The F/A-18 Super Hornet creates a vapor cloud during a high speed pass over the MCAS Miramar Airshow.

This image remains open on my desktop. Still amazed by the magical moment captured here. If this was mine..I would print it LARGE for sure. (And I don't print images despite my wifes pressure to get some stuff on the walls) Again... congrats

The first think I thought when I saw this was, wow that was a hard thing to capture. You did it extremely well and congrats on the Red ribbon!

Incredibly difficult and these moments pass in the blink of an eye. Fantastic shot and hats off to your skills with the gear. Congrats to the RED. Aviation shots normally don't feature well in the top rankings and happy that this shot got the credit it deserves
